SHIPPING POLICY
For domestic orders within Singapore, kindly allow between 3-5 business days for Standard Shipping.

A S$4 shipping fee will be charged for all orders.

Orders that include in-stock items and backorder/ preorder items will only be shipped once the backorder/ preorder items arrive.
Kindly ensure that your shipping details is accurate to prevent any delay in shipping or lost packages. Should there be a need to re-deliver due to inaccurate/incomplete information provided, an additional shipping fee of S$4 will be charged.
Delivery of our products is provided by a third-party company and we will not be liable for any negligence or misconduct of the delivery personnel.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All items purchased are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We take utmost care in checking every item before packing and shipping.
For request pertaining to defective/damaged item or incorrect/missing item in your order, please drop us an email at retrou.vailles523@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. It is within our sole discretion to grant an exchange, a refund or a replacement upon review.

A 1-1 exchange of the same item will be done at our self-collection venue for orders shipped within Singapore

No cash refunds will be provided. Refunds will be in term of store credits with a one month expiry from date of purchase

If an item is unavailable, store credits equivalent to the amount paid for the defective item will be provided.
Strictly no request will be reviewed for PERFECTLY IMPERFECT / DISCOUNTED items.
